Workflows & AI – Clawser
Workflows & AI

What should a tool actually help you do?

Workflows & AI is Clawser’s name for understanding where automation, AI, or simpler workflow tools can support your work - and where they should be avoided.

Workflow before automation

Unclear workflows make confusion faster.

The best tool is not always the newest tool. Sometimes the right answer is a better form, a clearer handoff, a trained assistant, or a simpler process.

Before recommending tools, we ask:

  • What task is repeated?
  • Who does it now?
  • What information is needed?
  • Who should review it?
  • What can go wrong?
  • Is automation actually useful here?
  • Is there a cheaper or simpler solution?
How we think about AI

We use AI the way practical tools should be used.

AI has been part of daily work for a long time. Think about Google Translate - it helps people move faster and communicate better, but it still needs context, care, and review.

That is how Clawser uses AI. It can help draft, organize, summarize, research, plan, or reduce repetitive work. But AI should support judgment, not replace it.

Our red line

No full automation without a human in the loop.

AI and automation can help with drafts, reminders, research, organization, booking, and repetitive tasks. But important decisions, public-facing content, sensitive communication, and anything that affects trust should still involve human review. Human review is not a weakness - it is how good systems stay responsible.

Examples of what we may build if they fit

Examples, not fixed packages.

If a tool will cost more than it helps, we recommend avoiding it.

What we do not build

Some things we avoid on purpose.

  • Full autopilot systems without review
  • Fake engagement
  • Publishing without approval
  • Automating sensitive judgment
  • Adding tools just because they are trendy
  • Systems the client cannot maintain
  • Unclear automations on messy workflows
  • Anything that damages trust
Where AI can be useful

When there is a clear task, pattern, or information flow.

The better question is not "Can AI do this?" but "Should AI help here, and who reviews the result?"

  • Drafting content from approved notes
  • Summarizing research
  • Organizing client intake
  • Suggesting content ideas
  • Helping prepare newsletters
  • Routing inquiries
  • Creating first drafts for human review
  • Supporting internal knowledge bases
  • Assisting with follow-up reminders
Workflows & AI

Build the workflow before the tool.

Tell us what feels repetitive, confusing, or too manual. We will help you decide whether AI, automation, a better process, or human support makes the most sense.

Meetings are scheduled at least a few days out, so we have time to prepare properly.
