Clients ask the same questions every day? Start with one clear answers page

You open your inbox and see a familiar question: “What are your hours?” A little later, someone asks about your prices. Tomorrow, the same questions come back.

You do not need a complicated chatbot to start fixing this. First, make the answers easy to find.

1. Write down the questions you really get

Look at recent email, messages, calls, and contact forms. Pick five questions that come up often. Use customers' words, not company language. If someone asks “Can I book for Saturday?” use that question as the heading.

2. Give a short, honest answer

Say what you know. If the answer depends on the job, say so: “Prices depend on what you need. Tell us about your project and we'll give you a written quote.” Do not invent a fixed answer just to fill a page.

3. Put the answers where people look

A simple FAQ page on your website is one option. Link it near your contact form and from the messages you send often. WordPress supports ordinary pages for information that stays useful over time. If your business has a Google Business Profile, check whether its Q&A feature is available for your category and region; Google says availability varies. Do not depend on that feature as your only answer page.

4. Keep an easy way to reach a person

An answer page will not cover every situation. Tell customers how to ask a different question. Review the page when your hours, prices, policies, or services change.

Could an AI assistant help later? Maybe. It should start from answers your business has checked, make it clear when a person needs to step in, and be tested before customers rely on it. The first useful step is a small, accurate set of answers.

Need help setting that up? Clawser can look at the questions you get, help organize clear answers, and discuss whether an assistant fits your business. Talk to a human 🙂 for a 30-minute conversation.
